  • 🕒 What if I’m late?
    If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will result in a £5 late fee. If your are going to be 20 minutes late or more, deposit will be lost and appointment will need to be rescheduled.
  • 🙋‍♀️ What should I do to prepare before my treatment?
    Each treatment has specific prep instructions. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. any important info can be found on Instagram and on the Fresha booking site.
  • 🔁 Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
    Yes! You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. For last-minute changes, please contact us directly. (Please bare in mind you may lose your deposit).
  • ⏰ How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking at least 2 weeks days in advance to secure your preferred time. Weekend and evening slots fill up quickly!
  • 💳 Do I need to pay in advance?
    Some treatments may require a deposit to confirm your booking. Full payment can be made online or in person after your appointment, depending on the service.
  • 📅 How do I book a treatment?
    You can easily book your treatment online through our Booking Page. Just choose your service, select a time slot, and follow the steps to confirm your appointment.
