1. BOOKING
- All appointments must be made through the 'Fresha' booking system.
- A (non- refundable) deposit is required to secure your appointment, this is taken off your final balance
= Ensure details are correct when booking
2. CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVALS
- 24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule.
- Over 10 minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of your deposit.
3. TRAINING COURSES
- Course deposits are non - refundable but can be transferred to a new date with at least 7 days notice
- full payment is due before start date
6. REFUNDS
- Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on training courses
7. CHILDREN AND GUESTS
- No extra guests or children unless pre arranged.
8. PATCH TESTS
- This is required 24-48 hours prior to treatments (lash lifts, tinting, semi- permanent makeup). It is a clients responsibility to book one of required, thankyou.
9.HYGEINE
- We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.
-Please reschedule if you are unwell or have any contagious conditions.
